Paulette's legendary status as a Memphis dining icon began more than 50 years ago in downtown's Overton Square with a singular vision – sharing the enduring, elevated French and Hungarian recipes of its founders' families. The exquisite cuisine and attention to detail brought national attention for Paulette's favorites, including tender steaks, fresh fish, classic crepes and of course, the signature hot popovers with fresh strawberry butter. Today, The River Inn of Harbor Town is honored to be the home of this true Memphis institution, the place to go for special dinner occasions and delightful Sunday brunches along the Mississippi River.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and exceptional bourbon as Paulette's Restaurant presents our Blue Note Bourbon Dinner on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

This exclusive five-course experience features a thoughtfully curated menu paired with handcrafted Blue Note Bourbon cocktails and premium pours. Begin the evening with Chef Guy D. Sockrider's passed hors d'oeuvres alongside a Blue Note "River Inn Private Label" Bourbon Cocktail, followed by New Orleans Style Barbecued Gulf Shrimp, Roasted Moulard Duck with Raspberry Fig Demi-Glace, Braised Kobe Beef Short Loin Jardinière with mashed potatoes and julienne leeks and carrots, and finish with Warm Maracaibo Chocolate featuring an Ambra milk chocolate center topped with Edelweiss white chocolate. Each course is expertly paired to showcase the rich character of Blue Note Bourbon.​

The dinner will be held on the Rooftop Terrace at the River Inn Hotel in Harbor Town. Complimentary parking is provided for all guests. Reservations are required due to limited seating.​

$95 per guest does not include tax or gratuity. Seating is limited, and advance reservations are highly recommended.
